I got all your info and I gave it to Junko. She should be getting in touch with you during her stay (Junko's number: 0235 64-3609). Unfortunatly, I will be staying behind because of work and to take care of the dog, but I will be with them in spirit. Of course I will be in touch often to know how you are all doing (any recommendations for Lucas's training would be very welcome).
P.S. Lucas is very excited to meet you, he is very proud that his godfather is a REAL Basilian Pro Soccer coach. ;) and don't be afraid to play him with the big boys, he's tougher than he looks and he might surprise you.

My last 2 seasons, the team has been dominant: divison champions 2 years in a row and undefeated in the last regular season. Lucas has been the top scorer in his categorie 2 years running and is becoming the little superstar in the region and his reputation as a serious player is growing every year. This sunday, he played his first winter game with a new team (with players and coachs that don't really know of him), he didn't get much passing his way and he was getting frustrated. The team played a very uncontrolled game, not much team play and alot of mid-field shooting. After the first half, the team was leading 2-1 (first goal was a nice team effort but the second was a lucky ball that rolled into the net). At the half, I told Lucas to take control of the game and play HIS game. He then scored 3 consecutive goals by stealing the ball for the other team. The game ended 6-1. I'm a little worried about the coach, he seems very set in his ways and unwilling to adapt his style of play to new players. There is alot of ball hogging and players on the team seem to be in competition with each other. I find this unfortunate because I see alot of potential for this team.
As for this winter, Lucas will be in Fujishima for 3 weeks and needs to play soccer at least twice a week (17 dec until 7 january). I would appreciate it if you could find a way to keep up his training during this time.
