Update
Started the 1st session last Monday with a coaching buddy, focusing on technique while the weather is fine and the space is free. 1st impressions.... a small team for thier age, but should grow 2/3 " during the summer months, some with ability and some good 1st touches.
This week, did the session on my own, revisiting the short/long passing techniques in two 15min practices, but they struggled to link 2 passes together without being closed down by defenders !!! +*&%$£".... really frustrating..
Finished with a small sided game, shouldn't expect too much this early I suppose, but there's sooo... much to teach!
